Go Super to Listen Go Super!

Hollywood is obsessed with stars’ weight. Whether they are too skinny, too fat, or change their shape just a little bit, it gets talked about in the tabloids.

For Kelly Osbourne, Hollywood’s weight obsession was tough to bear. From the time she was 17, when she first appeared on TV in Meet the Osbournes, strangers were calling her fat. But these days, she is feeling slim and healthy. So how did Kelly get in shape?

The first step to getting in shape for Kelly was appearing on the TV dance competition Dancing with the Stars. All the exercise she got dancing and training for that show helped her begin to lose weight and get in shape. After the show ended, she continued to exercise at least three times per week. She also tries to eat healthy foods, like fruits and vegetables, instead of things like cookies, cakes, and bread.

Now Kelly is in great shape. And she feels happier and more energetic because of it. She doesn’t want to go back to being in bad shape. But once you’ve gotten in shape, your work isn’t done. You still have to keep exercising and eating right if you want to stay in shape.

What do you do to stay in shape? Do you think that getting in shape is hard?

I think that we all should chip in and help poor Kelly find her lost weight – forget about her shape.

Even if you are in shape still you need to practice any kind of sport you like otherwise try to walk for 2 miles or more so that keep fit and there is a difference between get in shape and keeping your fitness. Last year I was in a bad shape but after I started going to the Gym daily and after a month I used to go 3 times a week till now ; so I got in shape and now I'm healthy and happy.

"Getting into shape" really is a matter of perspective, isn't it? 1st, define what being in shape means – or doesn't mean.  2nd, why?  Why would we want to get into shape once we are able to define what it means?  3rdly and probably most importantly why would we need to get into shape?  I mean, are we all born out of shape and when we are old enough to sense somehow that we are out of shape that we can then suddenly decide to get into some comely form or shape?  Or had we all been born in shape and somehow lost it, and are now deciding for whatever motivation to regain our shape?  Again, what is a shaply shape?  Ah!  Maybe you mean losing some extra fat that has built up throughout or veins through gluttonous eating lazy lifestyles.  If so, may I suggest getting up off the sofa, brushing away the pile of cookie crumbs from off your lap, put on some shoes, and then go for a pleasant walk, meeting some old lost and possibly forgotten friends. Note:  The operative verb was "walk" – not take your mom's car.

I have my weight too skinny some said, so I don't need hard work about loosing weight, I just feel slim and good, but I think I need 4-5 kgs of getting in a good shape, and it's damn hard to make it real, though I have ate a lot.
