Hollywood is obsessed with stars’ weight. Whether they are too skinny, too fat, or change their shape just a little bit, it gets talked about in the tabloids.

For Kelly Osbourne, Hollywood’s weight obsession was tough to bear. From the time she was 17, when she first appeared on TV in Meet the Osbournes, strangers were calling her fat. But these days, she is feeling slim and healthy. So how did Kelly get in shape?

The first step to getting in shape for Kelly was appearing on the TV dance competition Dancing with the Stars. All the exercise she got dancing and training for that show helped her begin to lose weight and get in shape. After the show ended, she continued to exercise at least three times per week. She also tries to eat healthy foods, like fruits and vegetables, instead of things like cookies, cakes, and bread.

Now Kelly is in great shape. And she feels happier and more energetic because of it. She doesn’t want to go back to being in bad shape. But once you’ve gotten in shape, your work isn’t done. You still have to keep exercising and eating right if you want to stay in shape.

if u want to be in shape so You have to exercise 3 or more times a week for at least a half hour.GETACTIVE . If you want to get in shape but you’re too busy to hit the gym, you need to at least get yourself up and active. for example :


Make a point of taking the stairs rather than an elevator when going home or to work (split between stairs and elevator if you need to go up very high)/DO AEROBIC EXERCISE:Aerobic exercises will help you lose any weight if that is your goal but exercising like this will be absolutely required if you want to get in shape/CUT SUGAR .SALT AND UNHEALTHY FAT FROM UR DIET: these things contribute to keeping you from getting in shape. Minimize the amount of these things in your diet. Avoid sugary drinks like soda, and anything which is high in saturated or trans fats. Instead, eat fruit as a dessert and foods with healthy fats like omega-3’s (found most easily in fish and nuts).etc…..

I'm a bodybuilder instructor and I say to get in shape is great! you don't need to be "bodybuilder" or "fitness woman"...Everything depends on your goal so your discipline and your commitment will be proportional to it,in other words if you want to be a "bodybuilder" or "fitness woman" you have to work out hard! hehe ;)

one of the hardest thing to have a shape is not to eat junk food , i said that bcs we eat them every day , every time. but if we want to be better ( talking abt shape) we have to do a sacrifi as in , work out 3 times a week , have a healthy food , so on.

Well, as I understand it, many thin-looking people die everyday due to fat – namely the extra fat that builds up inside their veins and arteries – loosely stated.  So I guess that having a thin looking waist line is no sure rule of thumb of being "in shape."

It's pretty cool even if you're not in shape as long as you are healthy. But I think it's prettier if your body is in shape:D it's always nice to received some great compliment with regards to your body, it makes you more happy and powerfull lol:P  What do you think? lol

I'm thin and I'm dreaming to have some fat. It's funny sometimes 'cause when you are fat you want to be thin and thin want to be fat. I don't like fatty bodys though, I only want lil fat to cover some bones! lol I think my metabolism is slower. I recomend to those who wants to be thin to drink more water first before you eat your meals, drinking water makes your stomach full already so you only need lil food.

get in shape is my dream in whole my life i tried more to be skinny  but i couldnt because i have big problem that is  when i get nervous i used to eat  a food of high calories for relax and forget my problems i know that wrong reaction .in addition , i like walking every day and enjoy with slow music.

First of all, aviod to eat from resterent.In addition, do exercise everyday such as walking, running, swimming and so on.

Yes, I too try to eat less after sex.  Naugh, just kidding.  But truly, I would think that that would be a good, natural and fun way to keep off unwanted inches.  However, I don't know that it has helped my form, I mean shape much.

I´m in a good shape, tks to my every day visit to the gym and I eat well also… But this must be something we do for pleasure, not because of the others opinion.  We must be doing that for ourselves. There are nice people in every shape, as well as boring people…
