Every year the world falls in love with a new breakout sensation. In 2008, Lady Gaga hit the music scene and became incredibly popular. Recently, it’s been all about Sam Smith.

Sam Smith’s most recent album, “In the Lonely Hour,” won him four awards at the GRAMMYs, including Best New Artist. His singing can be very emotional, but it is quite good. Hopefully we will hear a lot more from him.

I remember his taking mostly all the awards at Grammys. Was kinda surprised since there were other songs I was hoping to win. Well, he really stood out and was a breakout sensation. And when he started singing, I was almost fall off the chair. The sappy song was so a mismatch to his image. Maybe I’m wrong. I hasn’t been into his songs too much yet, but I like when someone is emotional. That means, a person has got a big heart!
