I don’t have any problem with exams. I never freak out before a test. Normally I don’t study too much before an exam but when I’m taking classes or learning something I try to be really focused on it, I try to understand everything, I ask to my teacher A LOT, if is necessary. That’s why I Normally don’t be afraid about an exam.

I feel relax before my exam because I think: “If I pass this exam it will be fantastic but if I fail it will be good too, that means that I didn’t learn enough about my classes and the test show me exactly what should I study.

Normally I get good grades I think it is because of my positive thinking :D

I freak out before a test if I haven’t studied. Also, my emotions depend on how important the test is. I don’t worry about small tests, but finals always freak me out.

I’m kind of person when there is exam or test i am able to push through fears and nerves emotionally .
The thing is that if I haven’t studied enough I get sweaty palms because I psych self out to get good mark .
Generally , when there is a test or exam something is appearing inside brain as motivation if someone has it no doubt to excel it .
Most people achieve their goals by hard study and then it’s unacceptable to get sweaty palms , nerves and things like that . In order , they are push through all fears manner to pass their test or exam .
