Greetings!

How are you all? I am here to inform you of a insipiring video a colleague of mine has created to inspire more people to vote. I believe the issue is important, so I would like to share this video with you today.

Here is the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o4kg514DcTA

There’s no single meaning and there can’t be…

Ideas from different articles…about Barack Obama’s personality.

It’s clear that John McCain was benefiting from the prolonged scrap b/n the Dems, which was widely assumed to be gradually eroding the reputations of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.  Mr. McCain promised to fight ‘to make sure Americans are not deceived by an eloquent but empty call’. In other words, Mr. Obama makes wonderful speeches but offers the same old Democratic policies. He talks movingly about the need to make hard choices but it’s hard to think of any he has actually made. This is Mr. Obama’s greatest vulnerability… Mr. Obama offers a zillion handouts but no credibly painful plan to fix Medicare or Social Security. Mr. Obama’s manner is sunny, but the America he describes in his speeches is unrecognizably grim. It’s a country where poverty is ‘abject’ and parents ‘compete with their teens to work for minimum wages at the local fast-food joint’.

Meanwhile, Obama faced criticism from Clinton, who stepped up her campaigning Wednesday with fresh attacks of her own, directly challenging Obama’s ability to deliver on his hot rhetoric. ‘I’m in the solutions business. My opponent is in the promises business.’ the senator said…

America needs a transformational leader – a man who can with one sweep of his hand wipe away the sins of the Bush years and summon up the best in the country.

So, why did Hillary lose the battle?

Well, the battle for the Democratic Party was so bitter, ‘cause it was a battle over culture. Mrs. Clinton’s supporters looked at Mr. Obama’s and saw latte-drinking elitists. Mr. Obama’s supporters looked at Mrs. Clinton’s and smelled all sorts of ancestral sins, not least racism (for a long time black community has been flawed by pockets of ignorance).  Obamaworld is a universe of liberal professionals and young people – plus blacks from all economic segments. Hillaryland, by contrast, is a place of working-class voters, particularly working-class women, and the old.  Mrs. Clinton’s supporters are worried about paying their bills rather than saving their political souls… And many Obamamaniacs want sth even vaguer than this (‘hope’ and ‘change’) – they want political redemption.

Brains or brawn? Old or young? Answers or questions? Solutions or promises? Finally, beer-track or wine-track?

Now the answer is given, and with an ambitious and lengthy speech he (younger, sexier, honey-tongued rival) is going to beat Mr. McCain.

Good Luck)

I’m rooting for Obama.
McCain is too old and too similar to Bush to change anything major.
