Ha, Lantern Festival is off, but I still remember my mistake......

It's the first time that I spend my Lantern Festival with one of my family members these years, If I am not wrong, it may be at least 7 years, I am lucky that my elder sister had came to the same city last year........

For celebrating the festival, we had bought some dumplings, after dinner, we began to cook it......

Haha, the fire wasn't off, the Dumpling was still in pan,  but we forgot all of this, we just devoted ourselves into TV set, after about 30 minutes, we were brought back to the cooking dumpling, when we went to check it, all of the dumpling disappeared, and the pan was full of dense dumpling soup......

:), we were pride with our appetite, actually we could drunk the whole pan of soup though we had finished our dinner.....................

I thought C-trip maybe have the chance to get the ticket, because everytime I booked ticket from them, they would feedback in 5 minutes, but this time , they made me despair......

I wanted go to the railway station to buy ticket, but my classmates had told me the whole square is full of people, even the street is all of people, maybe you should pay one more day to queue, and has the little and little rate to get ticket......

I know maybe something fishy in it.The ticket is sold before 10 days, but even you buy it at the wee hours of the 10 days, you may not get the ticket, because before the tickte begin to sell, somebody who has the relationship with the railway station maybe booked all of the ticket, I believe the gov. know this , why don't they hold out this?

I don't want to get through the Festival in Shanghai...... :)

Several weeks ago, our assistant had sent a mail for us, it's about "Fake eggs" and how to tell it from the real, though I didn't care about these, base on "Sanlu Milk"and other things this year, I had read the mail earnestly, and fortunately, I knew the fake eggs this morning and didn't eat it......

I had taken some photos about the fake egg as follows, when egg is cooked by water, one side of it will be a little sink, professionally, it's called "air room", and it is formed for breathing of chicken,but the fake egg didn't has the "air room", it's a perfect arc at the position.....

                       
Second point, there will be a very thin film between Yelk and Egg White, but it's too thin to find it. On the fake egg, the film is very thick,and very easy to be found......

                    
 And I know the third point, Egg white of fake egg is difficult to be swallow, but I doubt it's a fake egg, I didn't eat it, from the comment of beside people, I knew it's difficult to eat......

Maybe in the future, we just can eat northwestern wind, but, take care, SARS virus.......
