and someone thinks the ture way to render themselves happy is to love their work and find in it their pleasure,,they believe their beloved work can bring them happiness,becoz they are exactly interested in it .

someone feels happy when the person they care about feeling loved and cared for ,,  in turn it helps them also to develop inner happiness and peace.win-win situation.

and the others may look on treating other people ,eg.ur friends,neighbours,workmates and the like with compassion and kindness making them happy.soif u want others to be happy ,plz practice them. and eventually u'll discover how usefull the displines are.

for me ,,what things can make me happy ??? i'v no idea.but maybe getting roses from my bf ,,passing the entrance exams,,leaving  seats for the old on the bus ,,having dinner with my famiy,,yes..all such little things will make me smile ,,,that can be named happiness i surpposs. 

 hard to know how to denifite happiness..becoz it may varies from one to another ,..i only know whoever is happy will make others happy ,too.and u can try this if u donnot believe me .of course,u cannot hurt others' feelings ,,trying to avoid that,at least ..

so try ur best to make yourselves happy one thousand time ,no ,as much as u may
