Japanese sweet

I'm going to present about Japanese sweet

1.DORAYAKI どら焼き

Sweet pancakes sandwich bean paste.It looks like gong(in japanese:DORA どら）And  baked(YAKU　焼く)So we call DORAYAKI :)

 2.KASUTERA カステラ

This's pound cake which includes honey.Upper and lower parts(brown parts) are ked mark.Long time  ago it's introduced by Portuguese.

3.OSENNBEI　おせんべい

Rice flor mix water and spread sauce.Lastry baked.This's good chewy ;)
