why i have lost my interest about english

i ever had a great interest in english and i believe that i can master english

 i wish i could translate freely between Chinese and english,but it seems a difficult job now

do you think  a guy whose mother tongue is not english can control english as well as his mother tongue?

 how could i return to english,where is my lost energy to learn english

 i am really confused
