How do you relax yourselves when you feel depressed~~!

I am facing great trouble and a lot of pressure in my work,and I have been always confusing about many things.What should I do to prevent myself avway from this kind of condition! Anyone who can tell me~~!!!

I like to listen to the music, read books and go for a walk alone.Also sadness inspires me to write poems.

1. I go jogging

2. i watch movies and eating my favourite food

3. I go to visit one of my closest friends 

4. I call the guy I like to say: hey, how have you been?)) 

read books, sleep, and go shopping ;]

what i do sometimes:

cry

read Quran

beat my husband! beat my daughter

tell my best interenet friend about the problem…

sometimes write my problems

sometimes sleep!

Me? i am singing…i am not going to bother someone/anyone except my wallet…and i have my own fans..my friends..they said" i like you to be unhappy..cause we will be happy"..some friend huh?
