Steph: That Fogatron show was so awesome last weekend!
Allison: It was so great.
Steph: Cool. I can’t believe they actually got us all dancing. I mean people don’t really dance that much in Portland.
Allison: Especially not at hip-hop shows
Steph: I know. It’s weird, you’d think. I mean in the videos and stuff on MTV, you see all the people dancing on hip-hop videos. But, like, when it comes down to it in reality, people don’t really dance.
Allison: I’m glad we did.
Steph: Yeah. I had a great time. I’m sure that they got a lot of energy from us.
Allison: I think they had fun with our audience.
Steph: I think so, too. I couldn’t believe the things he was doing with his mouth.
Allison: He sounds like more than one person at one time.
Steph: I know. It’s crazy. It sounds like his voice is coming out of a machine but it’s for real.

Have you ever had one of those moments where you see someone and say to yourself, ‘that person is gonna be famous?’
That’s what happened when I saw and heard Fogatron perform. I’m not even a huge hip-hop fan, but this guy made me like everything that he played.
It was so cool. He did all the beatboxing and his partner Manic D, rapped over the top.
We had a great time, throwing our hands in the air and dancing up and down in the hip-hop style.
