Goodbye Summer Clothes

What’s your favorite thing about summer? All the warmth and sun? The swimming you get to do?

Or is it your summer clothes and all the skin you get to show off?

Up here in the Northern Hemisphere, summer is officially over. We’ve hung up our sandals and tank tops and brought out the boots and jackets. Amanda and Mason aren’t happy about it either.

Dialog

Mason

Amanda

Mason: Remember back in, like, two months ago when we actually got to wear our warm weather clothes?

Amanda: Yeah, when it was in the triple digits?

Mason: As opposed to this gloom.

Amanda: I know.

Mason: I tell ya. Those were the days.

Amanda: I’m wearing socks. Closed-toed shoes. Trousers.

Mason: I hate, hate wearing socks. It’s like the worst possible thing ever.

Amanda: I agree. What’s the point of getting a pedicure if I can’t even flash off my toe cleavages. Right?

Mason: Toe cleavages? I don’t know. Quite frankly, the funny thing, as much as I hate wearing the socks, I can’t stand wearing shorts. It’s like something about that, my chicken legs show and I just don’t even want anyone to see that.

Amanda: You know the benefit of not having to wear summer clothes, is you don’t really have to care about hygiene. You can be pale. You can be hairy. You don’t even have to put on deodorant because you’re all covered up.

Mason: I completely disagree.

Amanda: Really?

Amanda and Mason fondly remember when it was over 100 degrees Fahrenheit (about 38 degrees Celsius).

Mason is bummed because he has to wear socks now. Amanda has on pants and shoes instead of sandals and a skirt. She wishes she could show her well-kept feet.

Mason says that one thing he doesn’t miss about summer is shorts. He thinks his legs look funny coming out of them. That reminds Amanda of her favorite thing about winter clothes: they cover you up. You don’t have to be tan or even clean because no one can tell what you look or smell like under all those clothes!

Mason is appalled.

Do you prefer summer or winter clothes?

Up here in Seattle, summer was over a month ago. All the leaves turn red and yellow now. Rainning season is coming, outside is chilly like Winter. I have to hang out my sandals, top tanks, mini shorts and skirts, and put on warm weather clothes. Believe it or not, I have turn on air conditioner already.

Hi dear friends, ..Do n't be shocked if I say we have all the seasons in our country at a same time ….like where in north the weather is cold , in south you can try hot weather…it's one of the amazing power of God.

nevertheless I prefer summer and spring ,coz I feel comfortable and there are many natural attractions of flowers and so on ….But It doesn't mean to decline the joy of snow games in winter.

I don't like summur because it's too hot. Everybody wanna go swimming. I can't swim, so I feel not comfortable when other people play with water. There is another reason. I'm a hairy gay, so I don't wanna wear shorts. People don't need to wear shorts in winter, so I prefer to winter.

It's the season when you're most happy!

Everywhere are laughing faces, one can eat as much ice cream as you want, one can were short pants and tops[I think guys enjoy that :D!], show your nice bronzy skin, one can hang out with friends at the pool, the sun is shining very long and you can be longer outside.Of course a hot summer is just nice when you don't have to work ^^

Winter is also nice , you can stay at home with a tea and a good book and look out of the window while you're sitting in your warm playe at home

Snow is soooo pretty , I can't get enough from it ! I love the sound when you walk on it..

But I hate to stand up every morning at 6.45 o'clock to school when it's murky. when you look out the window in the dark one just want to stay in the warm bed and sleep

I love all the four seasons!In spring,There are beatiful flowers blossoming everywhere!In summer,I can wear my lovely skirts and T-shirts.In autumn,there are beatiful red leaves and I can wear my shining boots.And I love white snow in winter!:)So every season is the best one in my eyes!
