Steph: Hey, Derek, have you ever tried yoga?
Derek: Ah, yes. I tried yoga one time. Have you?
Steph: Yeah. I’ve been doing a lot of it lately. It’s a really good form of exercise.
Derek: And I suppose it keeps you pretty flexible, doesn’t it?
Steph: It keeps you pretty flexible and it actually works out your muscles really well.
Derek: Yeah. I seem to remember that. It was a while ago but I do remember being pretty tired.
Steph: Yeah. Was it hard for you?
Derek: It was at first, but by the end of the school term where I took it, it was a little more comfortable.
Steph: That’s cool. That’s awesome. Yeah. I love my class. It’s fun.
Derek: Very good.

Discussion
Yoga is getting more and more popular in America. Most people either do it regularly or have tried it at some point.
I started doing it about 4 months ago and it helps with becoming more flexible, gaining muscle, and helping with balance.
Have you ever tried yoga? Do you know anything about it?
