Have you ever gotten so involved in what you’re doing that you just forget about time? When you’re doing something that you love, sometimes you can just go into your own world. You might be so deeply involved in what you’re doing that you don’t notice the phone ring, or that your spouse is calling you to dinner, or that it’s suddenly 3 in the morning. You’re caught up in the moment.

Being “caught” is really what it feels like to be so absorbed. It’s as if the moment is a net that protects only you and what you’re doing. You’re caught or trapped in it, and it takes something major to pull you out and bring you back to reality.

Singer Miguel was so caught up in his performance that he became very enthusiastic. He became so enthusiastic, in fact, that he accidentally kicked a fan in the face! While it can feel good to be caught up in the moment when you’re performing, he probably didn’t feel very good when he realized that he’d kicked the girl.

Days ago I got caught up in my exams, I do really love my study, step by step to forward, whatever the stress you know you try to do it perfect as you can to get the position you look forward and keep it as long as you wish!!

On the other hand now I get caught up in my vacation, Oo it’s completely different feeling. What I wanted to stable here that to be caught up depends on; joyful, stressful, sadness or whichever feeling you be caught up in. Who loves be caught up joyful forever? Hands up:)

Actually, I can’t recall such activity, which would make me forget about everything and make me as absent-minded that I could notice important things outside. I can say that only sound sleep can caught me up so strong that I can’t hear the phone ring or the door bell.

What about something dangerous when I’m distracted then I think that it almost always very serious. For example, driving when you are upset is a really dangerous activity. Or let’s imagine how dangerous to cross the road when you are distracted. So I find that when you are really upset or caught up something you have to be a really careful. It can save a life to you or others.
