What would you do if you could travel to an alternate reality? Would you stay in your normal life, or go on a fun adventure? No matter what you might choose, you can see what it would be like in the new Disney movie, “Tomorrowland.”
In this new movie, a smart young girl (Britt Roberston) and a mysterious man (George Clooney) take a trip to another world. But they have to be careful, because what they do in Tomorrowland changes what happens in the real world. If you like sci-fi, then this movie will be a good choice for you.
Brian wants to go see “Tomorrowland” with Gary. Find out more in today’s English lesson about a new Disney movie.

Brian: Gary, I just watched the trailer for “Tomorrowland,” the new Disney movie.
Gary: Looks amazing!
Brian: With George Clooney. It’s so mysterious. I can’t even tell what the movie’s about.
Gary: I love that “Tomorrowland” is based on the Tomorrowland space in Disney World, which is just so cool.
Brian: It’s a movie about a theme park?
Gary: Yes. How great is that?
Brian: It seems fun. I really like that there’s the whole alternate reality.
Gary: Yeah. She’s going on this adventure, and trying to exist in this new space.
Brian: Yeah, the sci-fi elements looked really miraculous.
Gary: I wonder exactly what’s going on. I’m curious, is this a mystery movie? Is this an action movie? I don’t know what it is.
Brian: I can’t tell. Part of me thinks it should be a sci-fi movie since it’s “Tomorrowland,” but she wakes up in a wheat field, so there’s something so rural about it.
Gary: And what is this pin? What’s the mystery of this pin? And what’s the history of it? Where does it come from?
Brian: And what is George Clooney doing?
Gary: Who is George Clooney?
Brian: Who knows?
Gary: I don’t know. I want to see it so much.
Brian: Me, too.
