When you are feeling over the moon, you are feeling very excited and happy about something. When you have a vacation from your job or a break from school, you probably feel over the moon and excited about traveling.
Film director Adam Green feels over the moon about the type of films he directs. He thinks that film directors have to be over the moon and excited about the films they work on because they spend so much time at their jobs.
