Sara: So, yesterday, I dropped a jar of spaghetti sauce on the floor. And, I’m in my kitchen, and I was just gonna take the broom and sweep it up. And my boyfriend was like, “no, use your head, you can’t sweep up spaghetti sauce, you need to, like, get paper towels.” And I guess that makes sense. But, I dunno. I thought it was a little bit rude.
Steph: Yeah. I mean. What’s that supposed to mean? Use your head.
Sara: I dunno. I guess he thought that I was being stupid and wasn’t thinking or something.
Steph: Ugh. Men.
Sara: I know. They’re so annoying. I mean, I bet you can sweep up spaghetti sauce.
Steph: I know. Yeah. My boyfriend does that all the time. He just says, like, use your head, you know?
Sara: Yeah.
Steph: But, I mean, if you wanna sweep up spaghetti sauce, you can go and mop it later.
Sara: Yeah. Exactly. It’s not that big of a deal.
Steph: Right.
Sara: So, I just thought it was kind of rude.
Steph: Yeah. It’s not like you’re gonna leave it there.
Sara: No. Of course not. I dunno.
Steph: Ugh! Guys.

Don’t get me wrong. I love guys! Sometimes, though, they just get on my nerves. I know that not all guys are the same, but it seems like a lot of guys just try to tell us girls what to do. I mean, come on! Of course we are thinking when we are cleaning up after ourselves. It’s not like we’re just going to leave spaghetti sauce on the floor. Give us some credit!
