 I read almost all the comments and I was so surprised to see how much some of you are imature.Asking which couunty has most polite girls is a huge question.First of all the notion of politeness depends on many things like religion,culture,civilization,and so on..

 I think that good girls are those who do not do wrong things( Drinking beer,slpeeping with guys,..)and have priorities in life.But in other countries this may be wrong so giving just one country is not a good choice at all and it is also unfair.

Finally,as a girl I believe that good "polite" girls exist eveywhere and also do bad "impolite" girls.

i think polite girls in arabic area , but all over the world have polite girls , everybody not the same
