Hi Friends!
Eating lunch is an essential part of every day, but deciding what to eat is often a difficult choice. Depending on where you are, the options can either be very few, or totally unlimited. There are lots of ways to eat as well – from the quick takeout meal eaten at school or at work, to the long lunch at a nice restaurant.
Miguel and Zach recently talked about their lunch options. Listen in to their conversation to find out what they’re going to eat.

Miguel: Hey Zach, what are you gonna get for lunch today?
Zach: I don’t know. I just started thinking about that. Maybe a burrito?
Miguel: I’m starving, but you know, I can’t decide between burrito, bento, sushi, sub sandwich, gosh, there’s just so many choices – and none of them sounds just right, you know what I mean?
Zach: Is there a noodle shop around here?
Miguel: Yeah, there’s actually a really good, uh, Japanese/Vietnamese, uh, noodle shop that’s up the street, but I always forget about it. I’m glad you reminded me.
Zach: How do I get there?
Miguel: Um, it’s just up the street. It’s like, only like 5 blocks, but, um, it’s kind of obscure. It’s like, sort of hidden behind another building, or something, but we can go together if you want.
Zach: Yeah. That sounds good.
Miguel: Alright. Let’s go.

Discussion
Zach and Miguel have lots of different choices for lunch. They’re lucky, because they have so many tasty things to choose from. It’s really nice to work in an area that’s populated by lots of different restaurants.
I often bring my lunch from home, but when I don’t, I usually get a salad at a deli, or a sandwich at a nearby Cafe.
Have a great week!
