John: Isn’t Catherine Zeta-Jones in a new movie?
Migs: Yeah. She’s hot. I saw her in, uh, Chicago, like last week.
John: Oh, what’s that about?
Migs: It’s, it’s a musical actually, and it’s kinda weird because they, they filmed the musical. But, it has Catherine Zeta-Jones and Richard Gere and, uh, I can’t remember the, the other girls name – that girl who was in Bridget Jones’s Diary.
John: Oh, yeah I know who you’re talking about – Renée Zellweger.
Migs: Yeah, right. She’s actually the star and she’s, she’s really good, but, uh, Richard Gere kinda steals the show.
John: I didn’t know you were into musicals.
Migs: Yeah. Actually, musicals aren’t my thing, but I figured I had to see it ‘cause Chicago’s such a famous musical and I read some good reviews about it.
John: Well, there’s some other famous musicals, like Sound of Music and Mary Poppins and stuff.
Migs: Yeah. I haven’t see any of those. I’m, I’m not too into that, like I said.

Chicago has a simple plot, but it’s full of intrigue, rivalry and betrayal. The movie tells the story of murderesses Velma Kelly and Roxie Hart, who strive for fame in 1920s Chicago. Although the pair is jail, they find ways to get and stay famous.
I really liked Chicago. Seeing Richard Gere sing and dance is itself worth the price of admission, and the whole movie is great fun.
See you at the movies!
