Russia. What do you think about Russia? Have you been in Russia, what your impressions? Would you like to visit Russia, why?

I am very attracted by russia and particularly about russian girls!

Every time I watch russian tennis women I am glued to the tv!!!

you don't tire of that !!!

I have visited Moscow and didn't liked it, because It was like Yerevan where I live.  I mean Moscow is beatiful but because there was little difference  with Yerevan it was not interesting for me.It doesn't mean that I don't like Yerevan.

but tell me why did not toles toy get the nobel prize for his master piece .."the peace and the war"   it's a mazing ..????

 War and Peace was published in 1869. The first Nobel prizes were awarded in 1901.

DanilZ, we've lost 20 million people in the WW2 – not 30! You're exhaggerating. Also, you cannot quantify the level of corruption as corruption by nature is secret and there are no statistics kept as far as I am aware so you cannot say that the level of corruption in Russia is 'equal' to that of USA.

And before you go accusing Hungary and other countries, quoting your 'knowledge', let me tell you: YOU DON'T KNOW ANYTHING! We were not taught the whole turth in our Russian schools (I went to a Russian school for 10 years). There is a lot Soviet government had covered up. But I'm not here to defend or attack governments. I just wanted to tell you that if you're looking to MAKE FRIENDS – you DO NOT ATTACK THEIR COUNTRIES!!!! They are here as people, willing to make a connection with you. They are NOT RESPONSIBLE for wars that governments start. So I suggest you show more respect, ok?  Nadezhda, Russkaya

 Yes, I agree with you. Many Russians died in the warm including some of my relatives. But Russian people were NEVER TOLD about what's happened to Poland, how it was 'shared' between Russia and Germany – a decision made at Molotov agreement. Russians killed 2 million Poles and the German's killed 3 million. Russians were no better in the way they treated Poles, Jews and their own Russians who dared to stand up to any kind of injustice and speak up – Soviet goevrnment silenced them by sending them to Gulag or shooting them in secret. But most Russians don't know anything about that. They still live in the dark (unlike those of us who had 'escaped' the Soviet regime and are free to learn the truth)

I think Russia is a great country with a long history.the development of Russia affect the whole world.And China has established diplomatic relations with Russia for a long time.Iｎ my opion，although there used to exist conflicts between us，we also can have common development  in the future。I haven't been to Russia,but I know Russia。If Ｉhave chance，I absolutely will visit there。In additon,one of my  best friend will study there,I think she make a good choice.

Some of our english friends seem to judge Russia and Russian ppl by what stupid ideas struck the heads of their leaders one day long time ago….:)..
Guys, you’d better be more objective…We are really not to blame for what Stalin did…!

 In fact, russians weren't polite enough with our ppl. They did  a lot of things (bad things) in our territory. Also they helped to armenians to occupy our territory.

 And the 20th of January... It's the day which recollects me russians. When in 1991 they invaded to our capital and killed a lot of innocent ppl. Just because we wanted our independence…

 But it's a true that I had a teacher – Larisa (she taught me to play the violin), she was a russian, but she was very kind and lovely.

there is not much difference between stalin and hitler… both used state machinary to kill poeple.

Russia is a nice country,,, and a friend of india….
