tell you dear, i meant when you want to use ” ‘cause” instead of “because”, you need use apostrophe ” ’ ” to show omitting part of it (in replace of be), so when you don’t see apostrophe in the begining of this word, you can realize it’s a verb or noun, neither conj nor expr.

Both “because” and “cause” can be used in formal speech but the diffrence is:

“Cause” can be verb and noun.

“Because” is subordinating conjuction which connects between two sentences and creats complex sentence.

E.g:

Poverty can cause corruption in some countries. (Verb)

Poverty can be the cause of corruption in some countries (Noun)

There is corruption in some countries because poverty dominances in society.

Sometimes in informal speech, “cause” can just be short form of “because”

As far as I know, “because” is used in written texts, but ”’cause” is used in speech. So if you write ‘cause in an academic or formal paper, they will just ignore it and you will be out.
